2. We ship within one working day of you placing an order.
3. We ship by standard economy post.
4. We can ship out by trackable means at an extra charge and upon request.
5. We ship out as soon as full payment has been made.
6. We ship to the address you provide. Any issues arising from incorrect address have to be borne by the customer.
7. Prices do not include any taxes or fees, items may be subject to when entering your country. Amco cigars shall do the utmost to reduce these as much as possible but in some instances this is out of our control. These expenses have to be taken care of by the customer.
8. Shipping within EU countries takes about 5 working days.
9. Shipping out of EU countries may take from 5 to 15 working days.
10. Shipped items are not considered lost before the expiration of 20 working days for EU countries and 35 working days for the rest of the world.
11. All items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, but all shipping charges have to be paid by customer.
12. Returned items have to be sealed in the original packaging for refund.
13. Action on returns will be taken upon receipt of items at our premises.
14. We refund or resend any items received damaged. Proof of damage, such as pictures, may be requested.
